This is a second-shift position working Monday through Friday, with an additional shift every other Saturday.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our project management team, the Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a team of technicians to execute our projects effectively. Working closely with HudMed's senior leadership, this individual will be on a trajectory to becoming a senior team leader within our organization. This position requires travel throughout the entire HudMed service area at least once a month.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians by setting up, managing, and coordinating the required number of team members, tools, and supplies for each project.

  • Coordinate transit logistics related to the project, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of equipment and personnel to project sites.

  • Support in the assignment technicians to projects based on skillsets and project requirements, providing necessary supervision to ensure effective work performance.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians throughout the duration of each project, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

  • Serve as a liaison between hospitals and technicians, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.

  • Receive comprehensive training in-house from HudMed's senior leadership to develop the skills and expertise required for this role.
