Minit Charger

Chandler, AZ • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO

Re-posted 6 days ago

Job description

For over two decades, Minit Charger has been a leader in industrial fast-charging solutions. We engineer high-performance fast chargers, battery monitoring devices (CellTrac), and cloud-based platform Cumulus, designed specifically for demanding operating environments.
From powering Electric Ground Support Equipment (eGSE) at international airports to heavy-duty Material Handling Equipment (MHE/forklifts) in distribution centers, Minit Charger keeps critical fleets moving efficiently.

Position Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, technical Inside Sales Consultant to drive pipeline growth for our airport (eGSE) and warehouse (MHE) charging portfolios.
In this role, you will act as the frontline sales engine—prospecting key decision-makers, qualifying inbound leads, conducting technical discovery, and presenting Minit Charger’s hardware (Altus II, Maximus, Momentus) and SaaS telematics solutions. You will partner closely with Regional Field Sales Managers, Systems Engineers, and Distribution Channels to close business across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers—Fleet Managers, Operations Directors, Infrastructure Lead Engineers, and Supply Chain Executives—within target airport operations, airlines, ground handlers, and third-party logistics (3PL)/warehouse distribution centers.
  • Pipeline Management & Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and high-volume outbound prospects using consultative selling techniques to understand power requirements, fleet sizes (lithium-ion/lead-acid/AGM), and infrastructure constraints.
  • Product & Technical Consultations: Deliver virtual presentations and product walk-throughs showcasing Minit Charger’s dual-port fast chargers (Altus II, Maximus), single-port chargers (Momentus), and AssetPro 360 cloud telemetry tools.
  • RFP & Proposal Generation: Partner with technical application teams to draft quotes, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and present ROI/Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) comparisons to prospective clients.
  • Channel Partner Support: Collaborate with industrial battery distributors, OEM forklift dealers, and airport infrastructure integrators to register deals, provide pricing, and drive co-selling efforts.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate pipeline metrics, opportunity stages, activity logs, and revenue forecasts within the company CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of successful inside sales or B2B consultative sales experience in industrial equipment, B2B hardware, EV charging, material handling, or industrial power systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic technical understanding of 3-phase electrical systems, industrial batteries (lead-acid, lithium-ion), or fleet telematics. Experience targeting MHE (Material Handling Equipment) or eGSE (Ground Support Equipment) environments is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to build quick rapport over the phone, email, and video calls with multi-stakeholder purchasing teams (Operations, Engineering, Procurement).
  • CRM & Sales Tech Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using CRMs, sales cadence tools (Salesloft/Outreach), and lead intelligence software (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of technical sales experience.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + uncapped performance-based commission structure.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options and paid time off.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunities to transition into Field Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development leadership as our e-Mobility footprint expands.
