We are a warm, welcoming family in Mesa looking for an experienced, engaging, and proactive nanny to care for our energetic 19-month-old son. We are hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers, takes initiative throughout the day, and creates a fun, nurturing environment where our little one can continue to learn and explore.

Dad works from home, and Mom is a stay-at-home mom who is expecting twins. Your primary responsibility will be caring for our toddler, allowing Mom to prepare for and care for the newborns that will come in September. While most of your time will be spent with our toddler, there may occasionally be opportunities to assist with infant care after the twins arrive. For this reason, experience with both toddlers and infants is preferred.

We also have two friendly Siberian Huskies, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What We're Looking For

  • Warm, patient, and dependable
  • Previous toddler care experience
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Engaging, playful, and enjoys encouraging learning through play
  • Comfortable following an established routine
  • Strong communication skills and reliable

Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, engaging care for our toddler
  • Occasionally assisting with infant care as needed after the twins arrive
  • Child-related meal preparation
  • Keeping play areas clean, organized, and reset at the end of each day
  • Planning age-appropriate activities and encouraging exploration
  • Following the family's approach to positive correction and redirection

We're looking for someone who will naturally step in, take ownership of the role, and become a trusted partner in caring for our growing family. If you're proactive, nurturing, and love helping toddlers thrive through play and exploration, we'd love to connect with you!
