Wanted: Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin HVAC Techs!

Position summary: Installation of natural gas, oil fired furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Have a thorough understanding of electrical power and control circuits.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installation of duct work and HVAC equipment
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (attic and under houses)
  • Maintain, clean and stock company vehicle
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area
  • Maintain safety protocols with home owners or guest
  • Ability to communicate with owners or guests professionally
  • Ability to work well with coworkers
  • Follow direction of job superintendent
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Work Days

  • Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday but must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and afterhours, when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior HVAC or electrical knowledge preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to pass a background check
