We're looking for a Texas-licensed Mold Assessment Technician (MAT) who cares about doing things the right way, delivering a great client experience, and continuing to grow professionally.

What You'll Do

As a Mold Assessment Technician with GreenWorks, you'll help residential and commercial clients better understand what's happening inside their properties.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform mold assessments and inspections at residential and commercial properties
  • Collect air, surface, and other appropriate samples for laboratory analysis
  • Thoroughly document site conditions, observations, and findings
  • Prepare clear, accurate, professional reports
  • Communicate with clients in a way that is educational, confident, and easy to understand
  • Follow all applicable Texas mold assessment regulations and GreenWorks standards
  • Deliver a client-first experience from arrival through completion
