The Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager is a highly visible role within the Travel Retail Americas team and will collaborate with all functions and channels, aiming to deliver forecast accuracy, on time delivery and customer satisfaction, while playing a key part in driving regional retail sales growth and market share gain.

Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of Miami, FL Office

Compensation: $95,000-$118,000/ Annually + Bonus

Job responsibilities

Demand Planning functions:

  • Build Travel Retail Americas sales plan by SKU in APO using Commercial Channels input. Integrate supply constraints when needed.
  • Provide sales forecasts in APO by SKU and location based on sourcing strategy (Direct Import or Warehouse). Ensure consensus between forecasts, financial targets and Maison quotas (when applicable)
  • Work to create accurate forecast model linked to each channel of TRA
  • Drive the accuracy of sales forecast (SFA/Bias) and set up corrective action plans when needed
  • Define ways of improving the sales forecasts (by product, by month, by State…)
  • Monitor sales orders that are being placed, and their implications to sales landings
  • Work to create monthly MMF reporting based on Commercial Inputs
  • Analyze Customer Sell-Out/Sell-In and trends, and apply knowledge to monthly forecasts
  • Facilitate monthly Sell-Out reporting analysis
  • Directly impact TR depreciation by identifying SLOB (Slow mover/Obsolete) products and proposing action plans in coordination with commercial teams

Supply Planning functions:

  • Define supply strategy and calculate SAP PO, when applicable, to ensure optimal stock coverage
  • Drive the organization and communication around product transitions (vintage, labels…) with sales team
  • Weekly tracking of local warehouse inbounds
  • Liaise with Maisons to get visibility on supply

Customer Order Input and Communication:

  • Prepare customer orders based on customer PO submissions
  • Highlight sales push items and secure orders working with Sales team
  • Work with individual channel regarding all customer communications
  • Analyze customer orders against YTG balances and landing projections
  • Highlight and communicate supply chain challenges or product shortages
  • Produce Daily/Weekly commercial sales report linked to forecast projections

People Management:

  • Coach, develop, and manage direct report(s) to drive performance, engagement, and achievement of individual and team objectives.
Professional Experience

5+ years of business analytical experience in an Operations environment, preferably in the U.S. wines and spirits industries.

Practical/Technical Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, and know how to prioritize your work
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making
  • Proactivity to lead change to improve current processes
  • A detail-oriented person with a team player mindset is required for this mission.
