Position Description
We are seeking experienced and licensed Truck Drivers who will be responsible for safely transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites, as well as other locations. Applicants must be dependable, honest, hardworking, have an excellent work ethic and a desire to learn/grow.
Truck Driver responsibilities include:
  • Attendance during regularly scheduled work days
  • Safely transporting materials and equipment
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations and policies while driving
  • Inspecting trucks and equipment for safety and maintenance issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of routes, cargo, and deliveries
  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Performing basic vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Performing other shop related tasks, when primary responsibilities are complete, to include site work
  • Ability to complete computer-based training (CBT) modules as part of ongoing job requirements
  • Other duties as required and directed.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to take direction from the Shop Manager and others
  • Able to work with others
  • Must be dependable
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk
  • Regularly required to use arms, hands and fingers, to reach, handle and/or feel
  • Regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day, including while using a computer or performing administrative or training-related tasks
  • Must be physically flexible
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include peripheral vision and depth perception
  • Regularly required to work under stressful conditions, all types of outdoor weather, and varying terrain
  • Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screen and have a clean driving record.
