Systems Engineer – Emerson DeltaV

Location: Greater Philadelphia Area (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time

Proconex is seeking a Systems Engineer with Emerson DeltaV experience to provide day-to-day support for automation systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll work directly with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, support system changes, and help ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production
  • Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems
  • Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
  • Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability
  • Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Emerson DeltaV experience
  • Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Preferred
  • DeltaV Batch experience
  • DeltaV Live experience
  • Emerson training or certification
  • Experience with validation, MES, or OSI PI
