Job description

McLean Dermatology & Skincare Center, a multi-location dermatology group serving the greater Washington, DC area. With deep roots in the community and a reputation for exceptional care, we specialize in adult and pediatric dermatology, skin cancer surgery, and cosmetic services. We're proud to have built a team of skilled and collegial providers who genuinely enjoy working together.

We are looking for a Dermatologist to join our close-knit group. Whether you're stepping into your first attending role or bringing years of experience, you'll find a practice that's invested in your success and committed to making you feel at home from day one. You'll join a practice with a well-established and loyal patient base, giving you the foundation to hit the ground running. As part of an independent, physician-owned practice, you'll also have the clinical autonomy to practice dermatology the way you were trained, without the constraints of a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care across general and cosmetic dermatology, and is eager to grow alongside a team that has your back. If you're looking for a place where collaboration is the norm, the culture is warm, and the clinical support is strong, then we'd love to meet you. We have intentionally built an infrastructure designed to help you thrive clinically and professionally from day one.

Located in McLean, Virginia, our practice sits in one of the most desirable and thriving communities in the Washington, DC metro area, which is an exceptional place to build both a career and a life.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited program

  • Completion of a ACGME-accredited residency program

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology

  • Active and unrestricted physician license in Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Motivated to develop and grow a patient base

Benefits:

  • A supportive, team-oriented environment where providers are encouraged to thrive

  • Competitive compensation structure

  • Coverage of licensing fees and malpractice insurance

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance

  • Retirement savings plan options

  • CME allowance

  • Modern, dermatology-specific technology, including ModMed EMA
