Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOS) in Montgomery, Alabama is actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic Adult Reconstruction Surgeon to join our well-established and respected practice in Montgomery, Alabama. This high-demand position offers immediate surgical volume, access to modern facilities, strong referral networks, and a clear path to partnership. Position Highlights

  • Mix of clinic and OR
    • 2.53 days in clinic
    • 2 days in OR (cases typically 6:45 AM 3:30 PM)
  • MondayFriday schedule; no weekend clinic
  • ModMed EMR
  • Call shared equally among physicians
  • Onsite and nearby ancillary support: imaging, physical therapy, orthopaedic urgent care
  • Practice support from 8 APPs and 6 therapists
  • Modest general ortho responsibilities as you build your practice
