Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dermatologist to lead our expanding dermatology department. This is a primarily clinical role with the opportunity to transition into a strategic leadership position within the organization. The ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, and motivated by both clinical excellence and the potential for an incentive-based partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology

• Lead and oversee the dermatology department, fostering a collaborative and high-quality care environment

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using ModMed EMR

• See 35-40 patients per day with support from 2 experienced medical assistants

• Build and maintain strong patient relationships while driving department growth

• Contribute to strategic planning for service expansion and quality improvement

Requirements:

• MD degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certification in Dermatology

• Active Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care

• Experience or strong interest in both medical and cosmetic dermatology aesthetic services, and dermatologic surgery
