Physical Therapist- 13-Week Contract

Location: Urbana, IL
Work Location: 602 W. University Ave, Urbana, IL
Pay Rate: $85.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized plans of care, modify treatment as appropriate, and serve as a professional role model and clinical resource for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients of all ages.
  • Develop individualized plans of care that include treatment goals, expected outcomes, and discharge planning.
  • Modify the plan of care based on patient response, progress, and available clinical evidence.
  • Perform patient transfers with assistance as needed from bed, chair, and floor when applicable.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
