As we continue to grow, Pro Disposal is investing in new facilities and expanding our fleet with modern, state-of-the-art trucks-including the addition of electric vehicles to support our "Go Green" mindset. We also leverage advanced technology both in our trucks and within our office operations to improve efficiency and provide faster, more effective service to our customers.

Schedule

  • Full-Time

  • Monday - Friday

  • Start time: Approximately 4:00 AM until route completion (typically 8-9.5 hour days)

  • Location: Philipsburg, PA

Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of trash trucks on residential and commercial routes

    • Ability to operate Front Load, Side Load (ASL), Roll-off a plus!
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily safety inspections (DVIRs)

  • Safely navigate routes, residential streets, alleys, and commercial areas

  • Work with a Loader to complete routes efficiently and safely (if applicable)

  • Assist with loading when needed, including bulk and large-item pickups

  • Operate automated and semi-automated lifting equipment

  • Transport and dispose of waste at designated facilities

  • Complete route sheets, work orders, dump tickets, and required documentation

  • Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding delays, hazards, or service issues

  • Identify and report damaged containers or equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck

  • Refuel and monitor fluid levels as needed

  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies, including Life Critical Rules (LCRs)

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B or higher (no air brake restriction)

  • Valid Medical Certificate

  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating a commercial vehicle (CMV)

  • Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements

  • Waste industry experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and DOT regulations

  • Ability to work early morning hours and in outdoor conditions

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screening

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
