Title: Revit Modeler

Work Location: In person

The right candidate will:

  • Be a team player.

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.

  • Have good attention to detail.

  • Be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Have some drafting experience or training.

  • Revit experience is a plus.

  • Have interest or experience in the construction industry.

  • Pre-cast concrete experience is a major plus.

Job duties include:

  • Detailing and modeling precast projects, both architectural and structural, using Revit.

  • Develop standard templates and families in Revit.

  • Maintain a high standard of production and accuracy in presentation of details.

  • Coordinating with other departments regarding delivery schedules and material orders.

  • Display ability to follow, track and meet a given schedule.

  • Understand and follow departmental and project standards and procedures.
