Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $301,600 base
  • Commencement Bonus: $50,000 for 3-year commitment
  • Annual Retention Bonus: $41,600, paid in biweekly installments of $1,600 per payroll
  • 6 weeks PTO
  • On-Call Compensation: An additional $20 hr. pay while on:
    • 1st call
    • Late shift from 7 p.m.- 7 a.m. weeknights
    • 24hr call shift each weekend day

  • 9,400 cases per year 
  • General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, and Endo cases 
  • Level 2 Trauma Center 
  • Full Scope Practice (regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial lines, etc.)

  • Best anesthesia tech team

  • Comfortable shifts (8,12, 16, or 24-hour)

  • Flexibility that allows for work/life balance

  • 3 dedicated on-call rooms for your convenience

Qualifications:

  • Active MI license 
  • NBCRNA Certification 
  • ALS/BLS Certifications
