Position Summary:

The Senior Technology Portfolio Lead is accountable for endtoend portfolio leadership across Enterprise CRM and Global Banking AI initiatives. This role serves as the primary technology engagement lead for senior business partners and is responsible for aligning business demand, technology strategy, execution, and Model Risk Management (MRM) across a complex, multiplatform portfolio. The role operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, AI governance, and risk enablement, ensuring initiatives are wellformed, compliant, and positioned for timely approval and scaled adoption. Portfolio delivery lead for Enterprise Agent force that will be anchor and central point to drive the strategic roadmap building. This individual will front end the business conversations with stakeholders and work with technical leads on the team for execution. Individual will be leading the steering committee's with Enterprise teams. This job is responsible for leading a team to maximize the value delivered through multiple programs and/or value streams within a small, less complex delivery portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing and developing the team through coaching, mentoring and feedback, aligning strategy, and execution by applying Lean and systems thinking approaches to strategy, investment funding, portfolio operations, and governance. Job expectations include managing the portfolio, ensuring compliance to standards, and driving continuous improvement to operations and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and leads a delivery team aligned to a portfolio and mentors Delivery Leads
  • Manages and improves portfolio operations and governance processes, ensuring risks and roadblocks are escalated and resolved quickly
  • Builds relationships with business and technology executives across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Partners with the key stakeholders and leaders to define the vision and creating the portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic goals
  • Provides status updates and reporting for the portfolio to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Manages overall portfolio financials, Profit and Loss (P&L), and performance
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Serves as the primary technology liaison for senior Global Banking stakeholders, translating business strategy into a cohesive CRM and AI technology roadmap.
  • Maintains an integrated portfolio view across Enterprise CRM and Global Banking AI, driving prioritization, sequencing, and crossinitiative alignment.
  • Leads portfoliolevel Model Risk Management (MRM) coordination, ensuring consistent standards, documentation, and early integration of governance requirements.
  • Standardizes and streamlines MRM and AI governance artifacts and processes to accelerate approvals and reduce rework.
  • Partners with CRM, data, and AI leaders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and ensure AI capabilities align with enterprise needs and governance pathways.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles spanning portfolio management, enterprise delivery, or businessaligned technology strategy.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior business and risk stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience leading or coordinating multiinitiative AI, data, or CRM portfolios within regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk management, and dependency management.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and executivelevel stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Financial services and/or Global Banking technology experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise CRM platforms and AI / GenAI enablement at scale.
