Job description

PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT

 

BEDDY’S IS PROUD TO PROVIDE A WORK ENVIRONMENT FOCUSED ON BEING FUN, FAIR, AND FLEXIBLE. OUR EMPLOYEES TAKE CARE OF ONE ANOTHER AND WORK AS A TEAM IN VARIOUS ROLES AS NEEDED.

Hours: Part -time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 5 hours per day.

Location: Beddy’s offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201, South Jordan, UT 84009.

Pay: Dependent upon experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create shotlists for all photoshoots
  • Prep and steam product for photoshoots
  • Lead person on organize product photoshoot inventory
  • Lead person in keeping photo studio clean and organized
  • Organize lifestyle photoshoots (i.e. securing locations, contacting models, etc)
  • Organize and store all photography and videography in company systems
  • Post all approved photos to e-commerce website
  • Ensure all outdated photography is removed from the website and create plans for updating photography when needed
  • Approve Affiliate photography for use
  • Keep photo studio clean and organized
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must
  • Great eye for styling and interior design
  • Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Ai experience
  • Extremely detail oriented and well organized
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong visualization and mock-up skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
