Model Home Attendants / Host / Hostess for New Home Builders
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Summer Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon-Sat; 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday
Winter Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mon-Sat; 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Are you retired and looking for part-time work? Teacher looking for weekend work or over the holidays? Returning to the workforce? Do you enjoy meeting new people? If so, this is a wonderful opportunity to work in lovely model homes for new home builders. Assignments are part-time, 1-3 days per week, flexible, close to home, and in a beautiful, stress-free environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome potential home buyers into the model.
  • Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes.
  • Provide model and community information.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.
List Qualification or Requirements:
  • Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs, as necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
