Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training

  • Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team

  • Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy sessions

  • Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to support resident goals

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment
  • Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Hospital, or Outpatient Clinic.

  • May involve prolonged standing, lifting, and assisting patients with mobility.
