Responsibilities
As a HomeTeam Builder Termite Technician, you can expect to:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day
  • Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
  • Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
  • Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
  • Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
  • Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
  • Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff
  • Keep customers informed about the service
  • Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.

Qualifications
No experience required - training will be provided!
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
