Director, Investor Relations

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, transitioning to other Senior Executive Leadership.

As the Company expands, the structure will evolve accordingly.

Focused on responsible development, disciplined capital allocation, and operational excellence, the Company is committed to creating long‑term value for shareholders while supporting the secure supply of critical minerals essential to the energy transition.

Position Summary

The Director, Investor Relations is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s investor relations strategy while serving as the primary liaison between the Company and the investment community. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will communicate the Company’s strategy, operational progress, financial performance, and long‑term growth story to shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, and prospective investors.

As the Company continues to grow, this position will play a key role in building a best‑in‑class investor relations function that supports access to capital, strengthens market visibility, and enhances shareholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities Investor Relations Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
  • Position the Company effectively within the mining and critical minerals investment community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, retail shareholders, sell‑side analysts, and prospective investors.
  • Increase market awareness and understanding of the Company’s investment thesis and long‑term value proposition.
Investor Communications
  • Prepare quarterly earnings presentations, investor presentations, fact sheets, and corporate presentations.
  • Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, investor webcasts, and shareholder meetings.
  • Develop executive presentations, speeches, talking points, and conference materials.
  • Support preparation of the Annual Report, Management Information Circular, and other shareholder communications.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across investor materials, website content, and public communications.
Capital Markets Support
  • Support equity financings and other capital market transactions.
  • Coordinate investor due diligence requests.
  • Organize non‑deal roadshows and investor conferences.
  • Assist executive leadership in preparing for meetings with investors and analysts.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor analyst reports, shareholder activity, peer performance, and industry trends.
  • Analyze shareholder composition and ownership changes.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and investor feedback to executive leadership.
  • Track valuation metrics and benchmark performance against peer companies.
Corporate Communications
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to ensure consistent and compliant external communications.
  • Assist in preparing news releases and material announcements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations and continuous disclosure requirements.
Executive Support
  • Brief the CEO on investor sentiment, market developments, and shareholder concerns.
  • Prepare Board presentations related to shareholder engagement and market performance.
  • Recommend investor engagement strategies that strengthen the Company’s market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 5‑10 years of progressive experience within the mining industry, including experience in investor relations, capital markets, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of public company reporting requirements and capital markets.
  • Experience supporting a publicly traded company, preferably a TSX‑listed issuer.
  • Familiarity with mining project development, mineral economics, and valuation methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical and financial information clearly.
  • Proven ability to build credibility with investors, analysts, and executive leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
