Job description

We're looking for energetic, fun-spirited, and forward-thinking individuals to join our team as MINI Motoring Advisors.

As part of a customer-focused dealership with a reputation for exceptional service, we're looking for energetic, motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships, delivering memorable experiences, and helping customers find the perfect MINI to fit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly, and personalized dealership experience.
  • Build rapport and identify each customer's transportation needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting MINI features, technology, safety, and performance.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone, email, text, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and referrals.
  • Present financing, lease, and ownership options in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current MINI models, competitor vehicles, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the dealership CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.
  • Participate in dealership marketing events, community outreach, and product launches.
  • Ensure delivered vehicles are prepared and customers receive a comprehensive orientation to their new MINI.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, luxury retail, or another consultative sales environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
  • Experience using CRM software or customer management systems is a plus.
