We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Drive the building of industry-leading systems, and improve user experience, content ecosystem, and platform security. Build machine learning (ML) models and implement ML-based strategies to improve system infrastructure. Lead and conduct code reviews to ensure delivery of end-to-end machine learning solutions. Own the full stack machine learning system and optimize algorithms and infrastructure to improve recommendation performance. Build new pipelines for ML model training/iteration. Partner with cross functional teams to design product strategies and features and build solutions to support platform's growth. Manage and mentor junior and mid-level team members, providing technical guidance and expertise and sharing machine learning engineering best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Coding using Python or C++; Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; Building, tuning, and validating statistical models for regression and classification problems in Python or R; Building data pipelines and implementing partitioning and bucketing in hive to organize and query data, and performing query tuning to improve the speed of daily user analytics and reports; Building data services or applications using data query engines HBase, Elastic Search, ClickHouse, or SQL Server, and optimizing the query performance; and Utilizing Big data framework Spark, Hadoop, or Flink. Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $232560 - $427500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
