Position Overview: 

This is a great opportunity for an Installation Technician who wants to build a strong career in security integration while helping customers create safer, smarter, and more connected buildings. As an Installation Technician, you will work with project teams to support access control, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, and other integrated system projects. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Install and support access control, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, and other integrated systems. 
  • Read blueprints and electrical drawings to support project work. 
  • Work with technicians and project teams to troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor hours, and project activity. 
  • Provide professional customer service and explain system functions clearly when needed.

Work Location & Hours:

Schedule: Full-time position. Hours may vary based on customer needs and service requirements. 

Travel: This role requires frequent travel to customer worksites throughout the region. Most work is performed in the field, with onsite support based out of our Novi office. 

Vehicle: A company vehicle is provided, with fuel and maintenance covered by Knight Watch.

Work Environment: This position includes office, customer site, and field work. Technicians should be comfortable working independently, traveling regularly, and performing work in commercial and industrial environments.
