Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead GIS Analyst with strong experience in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, and Survey123 to support data collection, analysis, and geospatial project delivery. This role will work closely with field teams, project managers, and technical staff to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality GIS deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and analyze geospatial data using ArcGIS Pro
  • Publish and maintain web maps, dashboards, and layers in ArcGIS Online
  • Configure and support mobile data collection workflows using Field Maps and Survey123
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and proper documentation
  • Support field crews with GIS tools, workflows, and troubleshooting
  • Prepare GIS deliverables for internal teams and clients
  • Maintain geodatabases and manage spatial data standards
  • Assist with project reporting, mapping, and visualization needs

Required Qualifications
