Property Summary
SugarTop Resort is the premier destination spot when visiting the High Country. Located in the Village of Sugar Mountain, N.C., the resort is a ten-story high-rise condominium complex that houses 320 units. SugarTop amenities include a full-size heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, one dry and one wet sauna, as well as a state-of-the-art workout facility. The long-range views are without question the best in the region for your sunrises and morning coffee or sunsets with your other favorite beverages. SugarTop Resort is adjacent to Sugar Ski, the premier winter sports venue in the Southeast, as well as a challenging 18-hole championship Golf Course just minutes away in the Village of Sugar Mountain. The iconic Grandfather Mountain welcomes the sunrise each morning
Responsibilities
  • Monitor Access to the Lazy River facilities through wristband verification and remote entry at the gate.
  • Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
  • Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or the Wildflower General Manager
  • Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
  • Assist with Opening and Closing duties
  • Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.
  • Keep the Lazy River and the surrounding areas free from debris and trash
  • Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner
  • Conduct an inspection walk at least every hour at a minimum.
  • All other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely.
  • Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks.
  • Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors).
  • Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required.

Pay
$16.00-17.00 per hour
