Job description

  • Coordinate with product core teams, working groups, clinical study managers, cross-functional support teams, and key stakeholders to meet product and clinical goals
  • Manage operational and sample management processes, including technical, system, and data management components supporting clinical and regulatory affairs work
  • Divide and organize work into manageable packages and actionable schedules
  • Visualize and document processes
  • Assign tasks and confirm completion
  • Ensure on-time delivery of assigned goals
  • Lead defined small and medium-sized teams and components of large projects and programs
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Liaise between internal and external stakeholders and Exact Sciences team members
  • Organize and share relevant information with stakeholders and team members
  • Manage issues and action items and collaborate to ensure completion
  • Provide communication updates to stakeholders, management, and team members
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal parties and stakeholders
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives within clinical and regulatory affairs
  • Analyze system user needs, identify efficiencies and gaps, assess cross-functional impact, and integrate recommendations to streamline processes
  • Communicate efficiencies and gaps cross-functionally
  • Manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Uphold company mission and values and comply with Quality Management System policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biology, or another field related to the essential duties
  • 2+ years of work experience in a project-focused environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to perform the essential duties with or without accommodation
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through PMI (preferred)
  • Experience with workflow design, including Visio or related programs (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and ICH GCP, including global regulations (preferred)
  • Good understanding of clinical systems functionality and requirements (preferred)
  • Ability to work designated schedule, including nights and/or weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day
  • Ability to use a mobile device, tablet, computer, and phone simultaneously
  • Ability to grasp with both hands, pinch with thumb and forefinger, turn with hand/arm, and reach above shoulder height
  • Ability to comply with applicable personal protective equipment requirements
  • Ability to use a telephone through a headset
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from the work location, potentially including overnight/weekend travel
