How You 'll Make an Impact
  • Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues, and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, IT asset management, and maintenance of corporate devices and inventories.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and manage Windows 11 endpoints, software deployment, and patching.
  • Implement and monitor endpoint security, compliance policies, mobile device management (MDM/MAM), and access governance activities.
  • Contribute to IT security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, audits, compliance requirements, and incident response processes.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, AI-enabled productivity initiatives, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT projects, office technology deployments, relocations, and infrastructure improvements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or IT administration.
  • Strong handsโ€‘on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows 11.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, task automation, endpoint security, and core infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Strong analytical, problemโ€‘solving, communication, and organizational skills, with experience using ticketing systems and a good command of English.
