This setup allows agents to work remotely from various locations, offering flexibility and potentially extended service hours. Mobile call centers often use specialized apps or cloud-based platforms to manage calls, messages, and customer information securely. Such centers are increasingly popular as businesses adapt to remote work trends and seek to provide seamless support to customers on the go.
