Candidates will participate as part of a team of developers and analysts to enhance and maintain our digital presence, focusing on ongoing projects for our corporate website, mobile, and related applications.

Primary Responsibilities
This position requires individuals to be meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view. They will follow an SDLC methodology for Software Quality checking by reviewing original business requirements, creating or assisting with the creation of test plans, executing the plans, and documenting any found issues. This role could also assist with the deployment of applications to the business, help perform user training, and support rollouts to the business.
This role will work closely with development teams to ensure the quality and performance of Sub-Zero's customer-facing website, including mobile applications that will support field partners. The role requires expertise in web and mobile testing methodologies and an understanding of manual and automated test processes.
Because this position will deal with both technical personnel and business managers and participate on project teams, strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
This role will be involved in providing:
  • Consults with customers to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a development team working on small, medium, large, and enterprise projects.
  • Execute business application requirements for functional business areas.
  • Ensure that web and mobile applications function consistently across various browsers, devices, and operating systems
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to test and verify backend APIs, ensure proper data flow, and validate requirements for front-end applications
  • Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met within various applications
  • A basic understanding of relational database practices.
  • Familiarity with major enterprise database programs such as SQL Server.
  • Create logical and physical data flow models.
  • Address data quality issues with clients and management.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Write IT test plans and execute IT & Business-created test plans
  • Recommend system changes and enhancements
