Description

ATSI is seeking a highly experienced System Administrator IV to support systems administration efforts for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane). The ideal candidate is a member of the Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF) with hands-on experience supporting Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) events and integrating constructive engines and simulators.

  • Administer, configure, and maintain systems and networks in support of program operations
  • Support Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) events, including integration of various constructive engines and simulators
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and security across supported environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, coordinating with engineering and IT teams as needed
  • Maintain compliance with Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF) requirements and applicable DoD cybersecurity policies
  • Support technical reviews, exercises, and events requiring system administration expertise
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders and program leadership on system status and technical risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution (engineering, computer science, or related technical field)
  • 10+ years of experience in systems administration
  • Must be part of the Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF)
  • Experience with LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) events and integration of various constructive engines and simulators
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
