  • At least five years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category
  • Experienced and proficient in the Now Create methodology
  • Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
  • Advanced ServiceNow System Administration
  • List/Form/Navigation Pane Updates
  • Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Catalog Items
  • Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Workflows
  • Conducting/Participating in Configuration Reviews
  • Instance Patch Management
  • Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Tables and Fields
  • Demonstrated experience developing software according to the software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles.
  • Demonstrated architecture, design, data modeling, and configuration experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
