Position Summary

The Software Engineer, Full Stack is a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong mobile experience to join our AI infrastructure and applications team. You'll design, build, and maintain next-generation AI-driven web and mobile systems, working across modern front-end frameworks, backend services, and containerized deployments.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications usingNext.js, Svelte, React, and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize backend services usingNode.jsandBunfor performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintainiOS and Androidmobile applications integrated with cloud and AI microservices.
• Work withLangChain, CrewAI, and LlamaIndexto build intelligent, context-aware user experiences and workflows.
• Integrate and manage containerized services usingDocker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with designers, ML engineers, and DevOps to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
• Implement clean coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application performance monitoring.
• Create, edit and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process improvements, and standardization of templates.
• Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects as assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 3+ yearsof professional full-stack or mobile development experience is required
• Proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScriptacross both frontend and backend ecosystems is required.
• Experience withReact, Next.js, orSveltefor modern frontend development is required.
• Experience withmobile app development(native or cross-platform) for iOS and Android is required.
• Experience withDockerandKubernetesfor deployment and orchestration is preferred.
• Experience withAI/LLM frameworkssuch asLangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAIis preferred.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled applications in production environments is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong understanding ofNode.js(Bun or similar runtimes a plus)
• Familiarity withAI/LLM frameworkssuch asLangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAIis highly desirable.
• Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, and secure data handling.
• Knowledge ofon-premise or hybrid Kubernetesenvironments.
• Familiarity withprompt engineering,vector databases, orAI workflows.
• Contribution to open-source projects or portfolios demonstrating advanced web/mobile work.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills, including the ability to produce concise READMEs, architecture documents, and runbooks.

Working Environment / Physical Environment

• This position will either work onsite in Dunkirk NY
• Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, within standard business hours. Flexibility is available with manager approval.
• Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds
• This position requires extensive use of computer keyboards and monitors.

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award. The annual base pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.

$130,500 (entry-level qualifications) to $145,000 (highly experienced) annually
