This is a full-time Technical Support Engineer opportunity based in Fort Worth, TX with a rapidly growing Agritech company focused on IoT-based water monitoring solutions for livestock ranchers. This role blends hands-on hardware troubleshooting with software and connectivity support, working across IoT devices that leverage cellular and satellite networks to deliver real-time data.
This is not your typical support role - it's very hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working with physical devices, electrical systems, and real-world problem solving. You'll be a key part of the U.S. team, collaborating directly with engineering and R&D, and helping shape how the product evolves in a growing market. Required Skills & Experience
Experience in technical support, field service, or a similar hands-on role
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
Experience with IoT devices, mobile technologies, or connected systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Familiarity with electrical systems (120v, 220v, 240v, 480v, relays, contactors)
