Position Description
Responsible to unload fabricated steel at storage areas and to load at storage areas when steel is to be shipped to customer. Is assisted by forklift operator. This position directs the placement and stacking of steel in storage and onto flatbeds for hauling to customer. Loader also pulls computer tag on each piece of steel shipped and delivers to shipping department.
Position Requirements
Some experience as forklift operator assisting this position is required. Must know how to stack steel so that load will not shift.
