Are you ready to take the next step in your career as an addiction counselor? Transformation House offers a comprehensive internship program designed to provide hands-on clinical experience and mentorship from Professional, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors (LADCs).

About Transformation House

We provide both residential and outpatient treatment programs dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

  • Mens Residential Program Fridley, MN & Anoka, MN
  • Womens Residential Program Fridley, MN
  • Recovery Hub (Outpatient Program) Anoka, MN (Offering day and evening tracks)

What Youll Gain

As an LADC Intern, you will develop essential clinical and practical skills, including:

  • Facilitating group therapy and conducting individual sessions with clients.
  • Participating in weekly multidisciplinary staff meetings to collaborate on client care.
  • Gaining experience in all 12-core functions of addiction counseling.
  • Utilizing and refining clinical skills in a real-world setting.

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Addiction Counseling program
