POSITION SUMMARY

Perform material handling duties including operating of equipment for product receiving, disbursement, inventory checks, replenishment and other basic inventory management functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input daily items orders and perform daily stock checks as well as customer pickups as needed.
  • Ensure inventory items are counted, rotated and replenished daily.
  • Ensure par carts/locations are clean and dust free.
  • Stock and inventory product on carts are within assigned areas and manages par levels.
  • Check for compromised products and expired inventory.
  • Assist with department requests for supplies while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure specialty carts are replenished and ready as needed.
  • Ensure work areas are organized and clean.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A. Education

High school diploma preferred.

B. Qualifications/Experience

2 – 3 years in a full service hospital purchasing department experience, or similar experience will be considered.

C. Special Skills/Knowledge

Microsoft Office, MMIS; Lawson (preferred)
