Overview

  • At UFC GYM, our MMA instructors are primarily responsible for engaging members in the benefits of one-on-one coaching and helping members to achieve their fitness goals. There are opportunities to instruct early morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes available.
Responsibilities

  • Lead one hour fitness and technique group classes using real techniques.
  • Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing members.
  • Assist sales associates to convert first time clients to members
  • Guide and educate members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs.
  • Work hard, have a passion for fitness and UFC, and bring enthusiasm every day.
Qualifications

  • KickBoxing/Boxing/MMA experience or Group Fitness certification or KickBoxing/Boxing/MMA fitness training
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Related Degree Preferred (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology)
Experience:
  • Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Group Class Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
