Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor (MMA/UFC Focus)
About Us:
We're looking for a talented Content Creator with a keen eye for video editing to join our team and help elevate our content offerings. If you have a passion for MMA, UFC, or combat sports, and are experienced in creating engaging video content for social platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Editing: Edit long-form podcast-style videos and create compelling short-form content (clips, highlights, reels, etc.) to drive engagement and increase our online presence.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative concepts for short-form video content, ensuring it aligns with our brand and resonates with the target audience. You'll create everything from attention-grabbing social moments to polished full-length videos for YouTube and other platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Post short-form content to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, following platform best practices and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and production teams to ensure the content aligns with broader goals and initiatives.
  • Research & Trends: Stay up to date with trends in digital video content, social media algorithms, and the MMA/UFC world to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style, and values while maintaining creativity and engagement.
  • Athlete Interviews: Conduct interviews with athletes and develop creative Q&A formats for content features.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in video editing, especially with Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
  • Strong understanding of video formats, audio syncing, color grading, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with short-form video creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and understanding what performs best on each platform.
  • Passion for Martial Arts, MMA, or UFC (preferred).
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms with a grasp of engagement strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portuguese language is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in-office full time.
  • Requires some travel to events.
  • Candidate must provide links to previous projects with application.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of graphic design or motion graphics (After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) to enhance video content.
  • Experience with audio editing and podcast production.
  • Familiarity with YouTube and social media analytics to optimize content performance.
