Description - Your Role Awaits
  • Conduct a wide range of clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established laboratory protocols.
  • Validate analysis results, resolve discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance along with calibration of lab instruments.
  • Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as situations arise.
  • Document procedures meticulously, assist in onboarding new staff or trainees, and contribute to maintaining high laboratory quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment while following all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
  • Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
  • Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
