Description - Your Role in Our Mission

• Carry out a wide array of routine and advanced laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to immunology-following standardized protocols.
• Ensure the precision of your results, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and provide maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously as needed.
• Document all laboratory procedures diligently, mentor new team members, and actively participate in maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe laboratory environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of your hiring date.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment journey with us.
