MISTRAS Group is actively strengthening our Sales Team across our core growth markets—Power & Utility, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas.

 

We are seeking proven business development leaders who consistently win new business, build trusted client relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth. This role is not transactional selling—it requires the ability to position integrated industrial service solutions, engage at multiple levels within customer organizations, and differentiate through value.

 

Sales Executives at MISTRAS are expected to take ownership of their territory, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across operations, engineering, and subject matter experts to deliver results. Success in this role is defined by the ability to identify opportunity, convert pipeline, and expand long-term partnerships.
