Location: Owings Mills, MD (Onsite)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of overall experience in AI, Data Engineering, or Software Development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
• 2+ years of proven experience building LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI services including Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, AI SQL, Vector Embedding, and related AI capabilities.
• Experience developing scalable, data-centric applications using Snowpark Container Services and Python.
• Hands-on experience building conversational AI and agentic applications using Snowflake Intelligence and natural language prompts.
• 3+ years of strong programming experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience working with Snowflake hosted LLM Model Garden (Claude, Llama, OpenAI, Mistral, Arctic, etc.).
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies, benchmarking, and model performance optimization.
• Experience working with Snowflake Managed MCP Servers and Custom MCP Servers.
• Strong experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI application architecture and deployment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
