* Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
* Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
* Assess current and future foreign lethal/non-lethal weapon systems, including capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S./Coalition forces.
What You Bring * Active minimum TS clearence
* Experience supporting government or DoD programs
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with weapons intelligence; missile/air-defense knowledge; all-source analysis; technical assessment; analytic writing
* Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category
Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
* Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
* Background in process improvement or analytical services
* Strong knowledge of order of battle; proliferation; production analysis; threat forecasting; acquisition support
