Job description

Ministry Brands is looking for a Director of Growth Product Management to join our growing team and lead the evolution of our growth and commerce experiences across our software platforms.
Who we are
Ministry Brands is a leading provider of SaaS operational management systems, payments platforms, digital engagement tools, and background screening solutions for faith-based, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations. We serve more than 95,000 customers as a trusted partner in digital transformation-advancing missions, driving efficiencies, and building engaged communities for over 40 years.
Our team brings diverse real-world experiences and a shared commitment to serving our communities. We believe these differences make us stronger and better equipped to build technology that serves the greater good.
Ministry Brands is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every employee's unique strengths and perspectives are valued. We strive to create a culture of respect, equity, and opportunity-where everyone can be heard and reach their full potential.
Available Location: Alpharetta, GA
Hybrid Working: Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.
The Role:
As Director of Growth Product Management, you will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across our software platforms and modules. Your primary focus will be driving user acquisition, conversion, expansion, and recurring revenue through best-in-class sales-led and self-serve commerce experiences.
You will translate data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable business impact. You'll champion experimentation, continuous optimization, and cross-functional collaboration-working closely with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and partners to unlock growth opportunities at scale.
Success in this role will be measured by incremental recurring revenue growth, improved conversion and retention metrics, and the effectiveness of the growth engine you help build.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross functional internal and partner team to implement a best-in-class e-commerce technology stack
  • Build a deep understanding of our platforms, user journeys, and customer motivations and purchase flows
  • Analyze user data to uncover opportunities for maximizing conversion rates, upsell/cross-sell, and retention
  • Prioritize initiatives based on potential revenue impact and secure cross-functional alignment to ensure focus on the highest-impact activities
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and develop new user experiences that drive conversion and engagement
  • Own and lead the experimentation and testing roadmap across our platforms to optimize growth strategies
  • Work with analytics to iterate on insights from data and refine growth strategies based on key learnings
  • Optimize messaging and the overall user experience on customer-facing interfaces to ensure seamless purchasing and post-purchase experiences
  • Lead through influence, coordinating across product, marketing, and data teams to achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth targets
  • Report to senior leadership on the success of growth initiatives, financial metrics, and strategic progress

Why this Role is Exciting
  • Own growth end-to-end: This role has real ownership over acquisition, conversion, expansion, and recurring revenue across a large and diverse product portfolio. You won't just influence growth-you'll directly drive it.
  • Operate at meaningful scale: With over 95,000 customers and decades of product history, you'll work with rich datasets, complex user journeys, and real revenue impact from day one.
  • Build the growth engine: You'll have the opportunity to design and evolve a modern, best-in-class growth and e-commerce stack-shaping how customers discover, buy, and expand their use of Ministry Brands products.
  • High visibility and executive impact: Your work will be closely connected to company-wide growth goals and regularly shared with senior leadership, giving you a strong voice in strategic decisions.
  • Mission-driven work with real-world impact: Your efforts will help faith-based, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations better serve their communities-connecting growth metrics to a purpose that matters.
  • Career-defining opportunity: This is a chance to step into a highly visible leadership role where success is clearly measured, growth is tangible, and your impact can shape the future of the company's product-led growth strategy.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS software
  • Deep understanding of online shopping flows and experience optimizing user experiences to meet revenue goals
  • A love for data and demonstrated excellence in data-driven problem-solving-you can take high-level, ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
  • Ability to manage complexity and lead multiple high-impact growth initiatives at once
  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to drive results through influence across diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for growth strategies backed by data and insights
  • Experience leading and working with teams around the world
  • Experience with Pendo a big plus

Physical Considerations:
  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including phone and video calls
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours

Travel Considerations:
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%.
