About the Position: - Review surface mining and mining stormwater applications for completeness as assigned.- Perform monthly surface mining and mining stormwater inspections at mine sites throughout the state.- Write reports for each site inspection.- Learn Tempo and Oracle mining databases.- Participate in Mine Safety Training Program- Assist with coal mining program as assigned.- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be Successful: Must be willing to work both independently and as a team. Must be willing to multitask. The candidate should be organized Must be willing to work outdoors, often independently. Some GIS experience is a plus.
