Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Cook II is responsible for assisting the sous chef and Cook III with preparation and presentation of daily menus, restocking, and serving selections at stations where lines develop during peak hours.
RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Cook dishes according to recipes and develop new food selections in conjunction with the sous chef and executive chef

  • Keep service lines clean, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are well-stocked and appropriately garnished

  • Ensure mise-en-place is in sufficient quantities for the day's requirements

  • Properly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste

  • Completed daily inventories

  • Assist servers during busy times

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous cooking experience required

  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry 25 - 50 lbs.

PAY RATE:
  • Pay: $22.50 per hour
