Fuel/Lube Technician - Mine SitePosition Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Fuel/Lube Technician to support daily mining operations by fueling, lubricating, and performing preventative maintenance services on heavy equipment at an active mine site. This position plays a key role in maintaining equipment uptime and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience servicing heavy equipment in mining, construction, quarry, or similar heavy industrial environments.

Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Day and night shift opportunities may be available
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs and weather conditions
Responsibilities
  • Fuel, grease, and lubricate heavy mining and construction equipment
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance services and fluid checks
  • Inspect equipment for leaks, damage, and maintenance concerns
  • Maintain accurate service and fuel records
  • Safely operate service trucks and fuel/lube equipment
  • Follow all mine site safety procedures and MSHA regulations
  • Communicate maintenance issues to supervisors and mechanics
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
