Overview

Turner Staffing Group is hiring a Mining Foreman to support operations in Hinkley, California. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production goals.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong field experience who can drive performance, maintain accountability, and lead from the front in an active mining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of operators, laborers, and support personnel
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Monitor and manage equipment utilization and workforce productivity
  • Enforce all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
  • Conduct daily safety meetings, job briefings, and shift handoffs
