The Project Planneris responsible forcoordinating complex customer projects across multiple business divisions, serving as the primary point of contact for project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What you will be doing

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying values.

  • Coordinate all phases of project execution including planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

  • Develop,maintain, and communicate project schedules.

  • Monitor project budgets, costs, risks, issues, and change requests.

  • Act as the primary customer contact for project-related communications.

  • Coordinate internal resources, vendors, subcontractors, materials, and service personnel.

  • Support inventory, procurement, andlogisticsactivities.

  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports.

  • Collaborate with Parts & Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or relatedfield.

  • Experience as a Maintenance Planner, Project Planner, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within mining.

  • Knowledge of mining equipment and maintenance planning.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and project scheduling (Gantt chart) skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to travel approximately 15% within Canada.

  • Valid driver'slicence. Bilingualism is an asset.
